Hi, I';m relatively new to quads having come from a heli back ground. My first foray into this field was with the SK450 RTF from HK. Must admit that my interest was tweaked with all the options available so decided that my next quad should have as many features as possible.. hence to the MegaPirate driven controller. My question is how do I get to use a SBUS reciever? I read pages and pages through various forums and cant seem to find any clear or definative answer.

I could be wrong but don';t think MP supports SBUS...    PPM is supported though..

From the comments section here.. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__31138__Multiwii_and_Megapirate_AIO_Flight_Controller_w_FTDI_ATmega_2560_V2_0.html

Q/ Are you able the SBUS receivers with this board?

A/ Support for sbus is a matter of firmware... MWI supports sbus, but you need to enable it in config and recompile and reflash firmware.

Can';t help you any further though I';m afraid.

perfect thanks, will add the above to my reading list
