havent had the chance to re fly FPV after finally being able to :

A : See
B:Relax (due to the above)

probably my most enjoyable fpv flight ever!

Set the mobius up on my 250 today as I thought with my THUG arriving I need to get this nailed ... or at least be able to fly it about a bit

light was against me and the low sun played havok with the mobius and my fpv cam ... put it in at the end as I couldnt see the ground at all :)

had a better 2nd pack but the range on my fpv gear was a little worrying (getting lots of noise and signal loss) over very short distances ... need to swap out the small chinese 200mw vtx for my new 600 but waiting on a 5v step down

had a blast even though I still look at the ground .... manily due to not liking the weight of the goggles .... I also need to lean onto something ...I.E the tree  ~~

any pointers please mention them :)

That';s the way Trev ~~   The feeling of wanting to fall over passes with a bit of time but you could(as my mate viv828 does) score yourself one of those little foldable ';directors'; type chairs, they weigh sod all and fold up small so are easy to transport and you can sit in comfort!
As for looking down, well who doesn';t lol, I think I look a bit down and to the right

Tyson

I';m the same as you Trev. Looking at my while flying, you would think I was on a cruise ship in rough sea. I';ve started taking out a small foldable pic nik rug to sit on. The type with the water proof  material on the bottom.

But like JT has mentioned the camping chair may seem like the way forward. Might invest in the small tri stool ones just to save space and weight

Ive got one of those little 3 legged chairs somewhere

The ground up the field is wet I';ll probably end up sitting on the floor

The field is behind my house ... need to locate some trees (with big gaps between the trunks), wont risk it till i can change the TX though .... Im feeling the need to borrow the immersion 600 of my Disco ...  :crossfingers:

Cant stop thinking about it now .... need to fly !

i got a folding chair from argos, £7 i think. saved me going over lots of times i think! I';ve been out fpving a lot since building my quad couple of months ago and today was the first time i didn';t have a seasick moment on the first battery.
