Hi,

because it';s snowing outsise, i desided to rebuild my quad, clean up the wiring etc
here it is;

Modified my Crius AIO pro v1, removed all the unused headers and replaced the used for right-angle


Modified my Crius cn06 v2 gps to fit my custom cover, I removed the connector, there was no room for it.



I did the same thing for my frsky receiver, removed al the unsued headers. I embedded a level convertor for the telemitry, although it';s still not working, I ordered a 3DR telemitry kit from ebay


This is my basic setup, I did a dry run to see if my boards were still working,


Here I';m squeezing my four ESC';s into the small body, that';s a tight fit!
I removed the power wires from most of my ESC except one (thats enough for powering the low voltage parts). although it';s very odd that it works with almost 8x LM7805';s in parrallel, each ESC has two of them, all outputs are wired together. at the good old day';s they teached me that this is not so good for LDO';s
A switch mode ubec is also on it';s way.


All ESC';s nice tucked (squeezed) away inside the body of the frame


here is my electronics stack, baseplate - powerdistribution - flight controller.
I shortend all the ESC wires to a nice fit (cut away almost 10cm of each wire!)

This is how i mounted the LED';s. it';s a 5050LED RGB ledstrip, cable trough the tube
wrapped with some 3M di-noc carbon foil (got it from a friend who wrapped some car parts)
