One motor on quad running high

 :help:
My quad is an AIO pro and I did manage to get it into the air a few times but now I have a new problem. I recently got hold of a Futaba T8J and since then I don';t trust the quad at all. It arms and disarms fine but slowly increasing the throttle causes one of the motors to increase in speed faster than the others almost to max revs when I';m barely at 15% throttle!
This isn';t right is it? Putting the props on and holding it is almost impossible. Have I got a duff ESC or is the Futaba doing something I';m not aware of? (not easy to answer I know)
I suspect its the Futaba as now the centre point has moved to 1530 not 1500 as before and if I move one a stick in one axis it seems to have a minor affect on the others. I';m set to Acro on the Tx so there should be no mixing....

Jumpy07

Have you recalibrated your ESC';s ?.. if not suggest you do manual calibration

Jesse101

Yes I have. Very strange. Can you get a duff ESC?

Gaza07

Try and move the one that playing up to another position and see if the problem moves with it, if it does I would think its a diff esc';s  ~~

Jesse101

Thank you both.
I found the issue. The new Futaba centre point is (I';m guessing) 1530 not 1500 hence the problems

Gaza07

Pleased you got it sorted trust futaba to be no standard just like the servo plugs   ~~

Arcorsai

HI:

Just came across your thread looking up a friends problem calibrating his HK F-30 flashed, found this for the Futaba T8J

also

Basically need to change your throttle endpoints to -120 & +120 % to calibrate then Back.

Haven';t tried it, But seems to work for others.

Good luck & now Im registered in another forum !
