DJI F550 @ 2.7-2.9 KG Hot motor on one arm.

I';ve just added all the kit.  Aeroxcraft VTR125 gimbal, landing gear and GoPro3 Silver.  She';s running a little under 2.9KG not sure if COG is correct but I';m getting a HOT motor on one of the arms.  Front Left (Looking from behind) All other motors are running cool.  I';m wondering if this is due to COG not being set. I';m running a 3S battery setup due to weight and FPV kit likes 11 volt. Don';t really want to change all the wiring. I know it DJI550 should be at 2.4KG max but I know of people running higher.  Hot motor has only started since adding the kit.

Any thoughts guys/girls?

Strange but true..  Just flew with 5.0 3S Little more weight and no hot motor.  Looks like COG.. Weight was 2.9 KG

Hi Vin It does sound like the COG is out and that one motor is taking all the load

Yep seemed to be the issue.  Glad took it steady dropping out at 100 ft would have hurt. Lol
