Flysky fs-i6s not responding in Clean flight! PLEASE HELP!

 :help:
Hi guys,

Hardware:
Transmitter: flysky fs-i6s
Receiver: FS-iA6B
Flight Controller: Sp Racing F3

Back-story: (Skip to the next segment for the issue)
I’ve just recently got into the hobby (about a month ago) after watching multiple videos and finally stumbling upon the $99 FPV racing drone build (i opted for the upgraded version as I’m looking to continue improving in this sport) and ordered the parts.

The Issue:
Over this month I’ve built the quad but have ran into an issue for the past 3 weeks. To the extent that I ordered a new flight controller, new transmitter and 2 new receiver but still getting the same issue.
So basically the issue is that my flysky fs-i6s transmitter is not being recognised in the receiver tab on clean flight.
As you can see from the images added, the transmitter is has the output mode to PPM and I tried both SBUS and IBUS serial option but have no luck.
The receiver was bound to PPM/CH1 and this is soldered to USART3.
In clean flight on the port tab, UART3 serial RX is selected. And in configuration tab under Receiver I have gone through the options of PPM RX Input, Serial-based receiver (SBUS and IBUS)

Even after selecting all this, my transmitter has no input in the receiver tab. This has led me to buy 3 new receiver, 2 transmitter, and 2 flight controller. I have also re-soldered the receiver wires as well as the power wires. I am confused to what the issue could be because the receivers binds fine to the transmitter, the transmitters work perfectly as I have been using them in Liftoff to practice and the flight controller seems to be working perfectly fine as the gyro and accelerometer are perfectly fine as well as the motors work (played about with the motor tab)

Please help as I would love to actually fly my drone but I’m stuck on this last step.
Thank you.

Steps for ibus.

Hook up to the correct port on the RX, the one across the top that is labeled as servo.
in the configure ator serial tab select serial rx for uart3
save
in the config tab select serial based rx and ibus type
save
make sure the tx is bound to the rx.

that should do you.

make sure that through the TX config the RX is set for ibus, never touched this side myself it has always just worked.

post a diff from the cli is it is still not working.

Possibly the ports are not set correctly.

Possibly the throttle range in the FC does not match the Tx so it will not arm.

How have you set arming, stick or switch?

Flysky like most makers have changes the format of their transmission, but if you are binding the Tx to Rx (how do you know?) then show us what you have on the Betaflight ports screen and the config screen.

What atomiclama said.

Looking at the images it all looks good but make sure that the power distribution board cant touch the 4in 1 esc board.

The receiver you are using is a good one but it's big and bulky. The FlySky x6b https://goo.gl/gqZCBN is smaller and lighter plus it has the ability to be connected to flight battery and send voltage info back to your transmitter to tell you when the battery is low and to land.

Please come back and let us know how you get on.
I try :-)
