welcome to the world of quadcopters. It probably won';t be long before the bug hits and you become "one of us".

Also is it a genuine QAV250 or a clone?

This is getting expensive!

No Such thing as a crazy question !
Probably a few crazy answers along the way though, as we all try to solve the same problems in different ways :-)
Carbon Tricopter with KK2 mini because you have to own a Tri and Falcon Evo FPV (rebuild again) with fatshark 600mw vtx & pz2040 cam. New addition (hidden from the missus!) 250 quad.

It';s a clone frame I got off of eBay I figured right off I';d build cheaper so when I crash cheaper repair I';m using the cc3d fight board afro 12a esc with simonk firm and readytosky 1806 2280kv motors and a luminaer distribution board.
I';m at a bit of a stump on what camera to get I want on to go in the camera slot but there is different angels I don';t know withch one would be best.
And thank yall for having me

If you want to use the bracket it usually means a full-size board cam.  This is a solid camera http://www.surveilzone.com/sony-super-had-ccd-600tvl-board-camera-2.8mm-lens-fpv-cc1333

2.8 mm is a good focal length for FPV, some people prefer 2.1 mm (wider) or 3.2 mm (narrower).  IR-blocked gives you better colours and contrast, and IR-sensitive works better in low light conditions.

The second board with the buttons is for adjusting settings on the camera.  Once it';s set up you can detach the board.

The number of, I believe, horizontal lines the camera has (someone correct me if I';m wrong).
Basically the 700 has a higher resolution than the 600.

Digit

That is one of the best FPV cams you can get

Noob9875

I found that cam on eBay for 9.95 USD they have some knock off emersion "goggels" for 44.00usd if has a 7" screen in them I';d have to use  an av reciver I figured that might be better for me I have a bit of trouble seeing our of my right eye I figured it would work best for me

And on the transmitter what is the difference in a 200 me and a 600mw .....
And thanks for all the help I joined another  form site DIY drones and they answer some questions but there is more questions that go unanswered  for the noobs with the simpel questions lol

Digit

That is a good deal for that camera, a 200mW tx is what most of us use on 250 quads. As you might expect 600mW is more powerful and 25mW is less powerful.
Some countries have laws about transmitting power

Noob9875

OK cool deal ty much what kind of range do u tipicly get from the tx rx at 200mw

Digit

Depends on the antennas you have, circular polarised and patch antenna will give you miles whereas standard (dipole, whip, rubber ducky) antennas will give you maybe a couple of hundred metres.

Noob9875

I like the circular polerized they look a lot better and u can get a matched set for desent price

Digit

just make sure you get a good set

Noob9875

Yea most of the parts for my build came from e bay but the important things like fight board and ESC came from reputable company I';ll more than likely get my tx and rx for cam through hobbyking unless yall have good suggestions

Noob9875

Has any heard of goolrc cameras

annikk.exe

Hi and welcome. :>

For FPV cam, I can strongly recommend this one: http://www.hobbyrc.co.uk/cc1333-b-board-camera-sony-super-had-ccd-with-600tvl-ir-blocked-cc1333

I recommend that retailer too, they are very helpful and professional. :>  I abuse their live chat service constantly, hehe. :>
