OK so I guess most people here watch youtube vids? Well I do anyway
On some occasions I comment and on a few I enter the giveaways.
Well I won one!!!!!! It was from  WhirlyBloke channel  :bounce:
Won yesterday and it arrived today!!!!

So it's a HGLRC Parrot132 aka Petrel132. So a 3 inch 'toothpick' style that runs 3 or 4S. It weights about 75gms + batt (4S 650mAh 95gms). 400mw vtx, F4 fc, 13Amp esc - all on 16mm/20mm stack, 1106 3800Kv motors and a Caddx Turbo Eos2 camera.
The carbon base is 2.5mm and nicely chamfered and has a tpu canopy which seems quite firm.
Hopefully I will give it a test flight in the garden but it might be a bit too fast for my little garden

I try :-)

Well that didn't last long
1 min 12 seconds to be exact! I crashed into a tree and landed on gravel from about 2ft up. Broke a prop  :(
It was hovering at 21% throttle. It did try and take off to the moon on first arm but after switching off Air mode it was OK so have to look at settings.

The Caddx Turbo Eos2 2.1mm (160° 1/3" CMOS) is really nice. Colours are nice and saturated but not too much. Handles shadow well. I was flying it back to back with a Mobula6 which is using a Runcam Nano 3 and is supposed to be a 2.3mm (FOV 140°, 1/3" CMOS) lens but the Mobula6 FOV looks a fair bit wider. Just realised the Eos2 is 16:9 so less vertical resolution. I need to set my goggles for that  :D

I have some alternative props that I will try tomorrow.
I try :-)

oops.  glad you didn't have to go & fetch it from the moon.  I have Caddx cameras on a couple of FW models & I quite like them - I might try a Ratel the next time I need a cam.

I hadn't seen Whirlybloke's channel before - I just watched his GEPRC Crocodile 7 video with 2x 3400mAh 6S Li-Ion batteries, which is more my sort of thing.  :D

he was flying his 7" in the garden without crashing into a tree ;)

Congrats on winning!!

I think I was so used to flying the Mobula6 round the garden and expected the Parrot132 to turn as fast, forgetting it has a bit more mass
He has some good reviews, comparisons and does some unusual stuff like the Li-Ion battery pack.
I try :-)

OK so today I had a bit of a play. Worked out that 2540 tri blades are used with same esc and motors on HGLRC Sector132 so thought that would be OK and I had some  :D
I was concerned that the PIDS might not be stock so had a look at HGLRC's site and found a cli dump for it on BF 4.1.1 so I thought I would give that a go. Took a dump all before flashing just in case.
Flashing went well and dump worked fine. I put in my rates and thought I would check new Dump against old and the Old one would appear to be on PID profile 3!!! Which it wasn't supposed to be!!!! The PIDs were way out so that's probably why it tried to head to the moon!!!!
Anyway all flashed and running 2.5" it flew great. A lot more of a handful than the mobula6 round the garden!!!! Even with the 2.5" props it's hovering at 26%!!!
I had forgotten to set rssi channel and rssi DBM warning was activated in OSD which it shouldn't be.
Getting about 7:30 mins very slowly round the garden on 650mAh 4S   :D  :D  :D  :D
I try :-)
