Micro minim osd slight accident

  Had a slight mishap with plugging it in just now. Put my 4pin plug in the wrong position so the tx cable went to ground on microminim osd , rx to tx, 5v+ to rx, ground to + point. Now I have lost all on screen data. The arduino mw osd 1.6.8 will not read it or clear it. Is it toast or will a hammer knock some sense into it ?

Just taken delivery of my first minim OSD. Can you flash it via a Mac or does it have to be that god awful Windows shite?!? Think I already know the answer...

To flash a minim you use arduino, this is available for macs

yeah just download arduino and use your ftdi adaptor, works perfectly for me on my MB air.

Got another Micro osd, done the usual to it, had problems reading what was flashed on there so updated it. All ok so while I had the Gui running I re connected the old osd and guess what its started to work  Now I have a spare
