I have a 3a charger (BC20-4 standard Phantom) and was wondering if I could use this lead to charge my batteries together:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XT60-Multi-Charge-Lead-1-Male-to-6-Female-B101-/221067069754?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item33789fc93a

or should I buy a more powerful charger. It';s just that charging each battery one by one doesn';t seem very practical.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Phantom charger is a balance lead charger.. low power..  slow,  simple, but not the best...  but cheap

I use a couple of imax chargers, much faster, can charge through main power leads, then quick balance charge on balance lead. They can also run off a car battery which is handy.

You can get big dual/quad etc Lipp chargers but they are expensive.

You can also get balance lead splitter that allows u to charge multiple batteries.. but not something I would recommend.. as not the optimuim way to charge your lipos for various reasons..

Get a couple of cheap imax chargers would be my recommendation... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Professional-iMAX-B6AC-Dual-Power-Balance-Charger-Discharger-Lipo-Li-ion-NiMh-/281057796150?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item417059a036
