Can't get Com port working on Windows 10

Can';t seem to install Drivers or connect quad to laptop.

Anyone else had any problems?

Personally on windows 7 but it looks you have a driver conflict between windows and your ftdi board. Did you recently update windows?

Win10 was only released yesterday so I would bet it was a recent update  ::)

That said I think you are right it does look like a driver issue. Might be interesting trying to find ftdi drivers for win10.
Then again this might be caused by a windows ';security feature';.

I don';t spend as much time around windows as I used to, though I still had the latest version
Give me win98se any day haha.

FTDI drivers won';t get you far if you have a Prolific adapter.

Got that also, but the chip on my FTDI board is apparently not supported by Windows 8/10 and more than likely a fake.
