How To?

Hi,
I have a Crius AIOP V2 that I have loaded with MultiWi2_3-navi-b5-baro_fix. I am using WinGui. I have read a lot but nowhere can I find a list of the steps necessary to get this thing in the air. I have calibrated the Acc and the Mag and I';m getting readings from the GPS, everything looks like it works. I don';t see a way to calibrate the radio or the esc';s. What else do I need to do before I can fly?
