  • atomiclama: I used the solder ones [link] as I do't have a crimp tool and should be able to reuse the connector if required

  • VaNDAL_UK: Nice one. I'm gonna go for it. just looking for the SMA connectors with the crips as Ive had a few break at the root.

  • VaNDAL_UK: atomiclama: I was pricing up the cable 0.08 copper wire and SMA connectors came out to about £15 and I could have made 5 meters worth of antennas!

  • hoverfly: Betaflight RC1...Interesting  if you go to the O.S.D  settings and then change the font  by lining up the icons in the correct precise order then hit  enter,...... It opens up the  O.C.D.  screen.

Snowy Mountain Adventure
« on: March 12, 2018, 17:58:25 »
After a full weekend of fun I was down to my last backup quad, old faithful Immersion RC 250 Pro with 6" arms.

Here is a fun flight up and down the mountain, on stock settings and not being flown in a while the old bird handled well but a little sloppy on the controls. This flight was just for pure fun and to take in the beautiful surroundings.

Huge thank you to Team Break Out FPV for an awesome weekend :)

Thank you :) it was very cold and a strong wind coming from right to left while going up the mountain. Its horrible when you get a runny nose while your flying lol

HAHA its all in the wrist ;) the initial edit of the video had that bit running the correct way but it seemed a bit boring so playing that section backward seemed to give a different take on the run ;)

This was filmed in the Lake district, Team Break Out FPV met up for a weekend of fun before the racing starts. Its great to meet up outside of all the pressure and stress of big events etc :)
