  • shawdreamer: doesnt anyone use a mission planner anymore?,  as much as APM's are getting outdated now I still cant fault their mission planner when your doing range runs, take my laptop or windows pad along with me, program in a simple straight line waypoint route and hit "launch", aslong as your frame got a 433mhz telem radio onboard you can monitor the entire run their and back and worse case scenerio hit RTH on the lappy to bring it home early

Funny that, I was playing the Bass lines to Pink Floyd Money on my new Uke bass!!!

I can. I'm not particularly flexible, But I've got a VERY long tongue (Hello ladies) !!! LOL !
I need a pay rise........ Though I'd settle for a reduction in the amount of hours I need to work to get the same money.

can you be a bit more specific how you managed that?, afaik its pretty hard to permenantly brick a rev5, did you turn off all the ports or something? (or the usb port to be more exact)

iirc the best way round what youve got there is a reflash of firmware with "full chip erase" selected on the firmware tab, it helps to have "flash on connect" selected too, that way you just brideg your boot pins and plug in and it should reflash regardless of whatever youve done (barring physical damage obviously)

topman yeah got it to reflash in the end with the bootpins etc was changing from betaflight sw to cleanflight on there, then managed to rip the 5v wire from my vtx  :cry resoldered it today and got picture back on camera so my soldering skils are slowly getting better  ~~
