I have been working on this for about a month.
Got the idea from the shock mounts they use with microphones.
It has reduced my Gopro "Jello" significantly.

Using three different size PVC pipes, 75mm, 90mm, and 100mm
Six size 16 Rubber Bands.
A bit of Velcro Loop, and 3M Dual Loop.
And a bit of Aluminium for mounting to my Quadcopter.
The Tilt servo is a Corona DS-329 MG (Not the smoothest but it works)

The 100mm pipe with the servo is optional. You could just mount the 90mm pipe to your frame.

That's a very clever design you are very inventive , I have never seen pvc pipe put to such a good use before well done, I might have a go at one of these as I think it also adds some protection to the camera, your video out in the country side is awesome if I go out in to the country side here all I see is cows and sheep   You get to video kangaroo's running free it just wouldnt look the same making a video of a cow running through a field  ~~

I look forward to seeing more of your work / video's
