Ok about a year ago I built my dronewolf pup 5 inch, origional thread is here:
http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/index.php?topic=17115.0

I really enjoyed this quad, I flew it longer than any other, eventually though I bit the bullet and went for pure x frames with underslung batteries, but I used the pup as a basher until mid 2016 when it had taken so much abuse things were failing and I built a qav210 as a basher.  But now I am gonna rebuild the pup.

All components are ripped out and the quad is disassembled, new build components otw:

Dronewolf pup 5 inch frame (only the carbon)
GWR fasteners hardware (stainless steel colourfast - as pretty as anodised aluminium but toughter, this frame has taken many major hits but all that has failed on the frame has been aluminum hardware)
Tbs zerozero cam
Tbs powercube elite bundle (colibri v2, fpv vision, pdb)
Tbs bulletproof 25a escs
Armattan oomph 2206 2300kv
Racekraft 5051
Depinned frsky XSR
Forevertube antenna mounts
Tbs triumph/manacerc pagoda (haven';t decided which yet, got spares of both)
Gonna try and fit GoPro 2 lense but not optimistic it will fit

And done, off to maiden the rebuild, have to say this new powercube gives increadibly clean build

Also available in cammo!

Have to say this quad is flying superbly on bf3.1 at 8khz/4khz/dshot600 with motor direction reversed

Lovely

I got so much grass in every nook and cranny on my 210 last week , I ended up baking it on the radiator for an hour, drying the debris to dust, then dusting off with a small paint brush

My daughter is in her first year of uni, she has left a treasure trove of kit in her bedroom which I have acquired to clean up quads in a box labelled "make up". Loads of useful blunt tweasers, small brushes and cotton buds.

Of course she is gonna go ballistic when she comes home, but that is a problem for another day

Adding illumination for meets
This is the led tailboard for the tbs vandetta

Cheredanine

Shiney new motors and a replacement fc as last one died

Cheredanine

The saga continues, the second colibri died, I suspect an issue with the tbs core.

Replaced the whole fc stack with an Armattan pdb, bluejay f4, tbs unify pro hv race.
Replaced the swift withe a swift2

Replaced the tbs escs with a sample of Sunrise Siskin 33amp blheli32.

Switched to dshot1200 and off we go :)

I';ve found spraying a bit of WD40 on a rag and wiping over the quads surfaces stops grass and other crap from sticking to the quad.
