glider flying rules/laws
« on: April 21, 2017, 08:47:20 »
what are the rules regard flying gliders, i would guess same as multirotor, keep it line of sight, max altitude 120m common sense.
me and a couple of flying pals are planning a trip to ribblehead viaduct later this year to do some mutirotor filming, and as i was there yesterday to have a look around i found myself thinking it would be great to fly the axn with a camera vecro`ed on. it gets busy so im thinking a Saturday evening would be quiet as most people will be of in search of food and rest after a day walking

Don't believe the law makes a distinction between powered and unpowered mate

As far as I know there aren't any rules really.  The rules are just for multi-rotors because only criminals fly them.  :blink
