Below are the terms and conditions for use of the Multi-Rotor UK Community Forum. Please ensure that you read these thoroughly before taking part in our online forum.
Acceptance of terms.
Use of the Multi Rotor UK forum indicates your acceptance of these forum terms and conditions of use.
Companies/individuals must not use the forum to advertise any products or services without prior agreement. Any such posts without prior agreement will be removed and the user id permanently banned.
Users may only register one username. Creating of a second username for use by the same person will not be tolerated.
Multi Rotor UK reserves the right to remove access to the forum for any users who mimic another user's identity and/or register identities of a similar or identical nature to persons in the public eye.
By accessing the “Multi Rotor UK” Community Forum” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “ Multi Rotor UK Community Forum”, “http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Users who post defamatory, obscene, racial or otherwise offensive material on this forum, acknowledge that this may expose them to the risk of legal action (whether civil or criminal) being taken against them.
Any user who has had their access to the forum terminated and attempts to regain access may have further action taken against them.
Please note that the UK Multi Rotor Community forum is not heavily moderated and we therefore rely upon notifications from other users regarding abuse of the forum. We reserve the right to remove or edit any posting on the forum that contravenes these terms and conditions.
Users of the forum do so entirely at their own risk. As such, to the extent permitted by law, users release Multi Rotor Forum, administrators and moderators from all liability arising out of or in connection with the forum and the material submitted to it by third parties
Problems or complaints should be directed to the Admin. This is particularly if you notice that a user is contravening these terms and conditions.
The views of users of the forum are not necessarily those of Multi Rotor UK.
