  • atomiclama: I used the solder ones [link] as I do't have a crimp tool and should be able to reuse the connector if required

  • VaNDAL_UK: Nice one. I'm gonna go for it. just looking for the SMA connectors with the crips as Ive had a few break at the root.

  • VaNDAL_UK: atomiclama: I was pricing up the cable 0.08 copper wire and SMA connectors came out to about £15 and I could have made 5 meters worth of antennas!

Cheers XXpitt - it's tricky to get right! - lots of practice and many crashes. Lol.

That’s a really good freestyle vid! Great location too. Is there enough of a gap to power loop up and back down the avenue of trees or do the the branches meet at the top?

Anyway, I think I’ve sub’ed already but I’ll check and make sure!

Cheers Mitchell.  I’ll not bother with them in future. It gives a much greater sense of speed without them.

Thanks elmattbo!  I think that powerloop would be ambitious tbh. However I’m building up to diving them, I have it in me, but the mix of height, tightness and the concrete bottom have to date stopped me psychologically - well part from one go where I clipped a branch on the way down which was scary! Lol.
