That actually looks quite good so I had a bit of a google on it and came up with this http://www.aee.com/en/index.asp looks like they made the mini dv cams HK sell and make quite a good range of cameras

The specs look good, I'll be interested to see some video from someone who's used one.

I wouldn't be too sure about them, I bought a cheap action cam from Maplins once but it was garbage. I eventually spent the cash on a Gopro and haven't looked back. It goes Kayaking, and dog walking with me through all weathers, its been dropped, chucked and has never given me any trouble. I will also be jamming it onto my quadcopter soon (whenever the stuff arrives!!) It produces top notch video, pictures, and even does timelapse.

I was hoping to find a cheaper one on eBay just now but the cheapest I saw was about £160ish. I got mine for £155 (I was lucky.)

Make sure you can give it a try to see what the quality is like before you buy.

The GoPro is the best around at the moment all my videos are made with it wether its strapped to the quad or my head   
I just dont let anyone see me if its on my head

I also mount gopros on explosive racks all the time. I was lucky enough to get two extras for 60 quid each whilst I was in LA a few months ago :-D We sucker mounted one of them to the roof of our rentalmustang and drove around hollywood, all the taxi drivers were waving at us, and people in carparks asked questions about it. People are so nice in america. Over here you would have been ignored then stabbed.

yeah I tried, he just said put it on the facebook page :S. All they seem to care about is their sponsored athletes, snowboarders etc.

Well at least you tried, there was a huge cracking sound did it crack it

Not really, the ski lock mount thing came unpopped. It got pushed into the mud, but the mud was very compacted as the tank had driven over it a few times. I have a bit bit of steel with the camera mounted on, its a heavy base that I use to put the camera on the floor etc. It pushed the whole thing into the mud, and we had to dig it out. It was fine though.
